The Welcome Reception will be the first formal gathering of this congress, which will be an ideal networking opportunity for the WCRR 2019 participants. The Welcome Reception willbe held at the Exhibiton Hall (Hall E) of the Tokyo International Forum, where you willbe able to visit each exhibition booth during the Welcome Reception.

The Tokyo Bay Reception Event will be a great opportunity for the WCRR 2019 participants to mingle with each other, while enjoying a light meal and drinks on a crusing boat.

The Gala Dinner will be held as the official congress banquet at TOKYO KAIKAN (reopened in January 2019 after refurbishment), which has been serving as an authentic venue of social exchange in Tokyo since 1922. You will be able to enjoy an elegant banquet while relaxing in converation with fellow participants and experiencintg Japanese hospitality.
Accompanying Persons
Cultural Visits for Accompanying Persons of WCRR 2019
For Accompanying Persons, WCRR 2019 will be providing three special Cultural Visit courses. Participants will have a chance to experience traditional Japanese culture and/or enjoy a walking tour around Tokyo Station. Extra charge will be required when registering for these courses (https://reg-cloud.com/wcrr2019reg/Entry/RegTop.aspx). These Visits will be held on different days, so participants can register for all three Visits if they wish. Registration for Cultural Visits will be closed when they reach capacity. Please note that the schedule and contents of the Cultural Visits are subject to change.
*Registration for course 1 (Japanese Culture Experience: Tea Ceremony and Museum) is now closed.
