Technical Visits Registration Website

Note: We kindly ask you to finish WCRR 2019 On-Line Registration from the Congress Registration page before proceeding to the Technical Visits Registration, and obtain your WCRR 2019 Registration ID number (2019WCRR****).
Applicants are required to enter this WCRR 2019 Registration ID number in order to register for a Technical Visit.

For Delegates and Student Participants of WCRR 2019

WCRR 2019 will be providing each Delegate and Student Participant with a choice of one of 11 special Technical Visit courses. Participants will have a chance to see facilities related to high-density train operation, service quality, railway history, staff training, vehicle technology and infrastructure technology in Japan. In some courses whose main sites are relatively farther from Tokyo, participants will ride on Shinkansen trains to the sites (additional fees will be charged when registering for such courses (https://reg-cloud.com/wcrr2019reg/Entry/RegTop.aspx), to cover long-distance transportation costs as shown below). The organizers of WCRR 2019 would be pleased if these Technical Visits help participants find solutions to the challenges of tomorrow. Registration for Technical Visit courses will be closed when they reach capacity. Therefore, not everyone may be able to participate in his/her choice of Technical Visit. Please note that the schedule and contents of the courses are subject to change.
